A dental implant is a titanium post placed into the jawbone to act as an artificial root. Once the bone fuses to the implant — a process called osseointegration — a custom crown is attached. The result is indistinguishable from a natural tooth and can last a lifetime with proper care.

Corrective Jaw Surgery
Orthognathic surgery that realigns the jaw for function, breathing, and balance.
Corrective jaw surgery — orthognathic surgery — repositions the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both to correct skeletal imbalances that braces alone cannot fix. Patients seek it for difficulty chewing, sleep apnea, chronic jaw pain, or facial asymmetry. It is planned in close coordination with an orthodontist over 12–18 months.

Bone Grafting
Rebuilding the foundation so implants and future procedures can succeed.
When a tooth is lost or removed, the surrounding jawbone begins to resorb. Bone grafting replaces lost volume using donor bone material, creating a stable foundation for implants. It is also used to repair defects from trauma, infections, or cysts. Modern grafting materials are highly biocompatible and integrate predictably.

What to expect
Graft material options explained in detail — donor bone, synthetic, or your own bone depending on volume needed
Procedure is usually same-day and performed under local anesthesia or mild sedation
